NYSTEC building going up on Griffiss Park
December 4, 2018
STEEL TO SKY — National Building Restoration Corporation erects the steel frame Thursday for the NYSTEC building at the corner of Brooks and Otis Streets at Griffiss International Airport. The $8.5 million building at 99 Otis St. is to be the headquarters of the New York State Technology Enterprise Corp., formed to help cope with the closure of the Griffiss Air Force Base in the 1990s. NYSTEC is a clearinghouse of consultants who help companies and government agencies with privacy, security, information networks, request-for-proposal development, project management, quality assurance, software testing, digital learning and training, radio and microwave communications, and finance.
